Laziest broker in industry, when opened an account I felt sleepy, when open their site I have the same feeling, is it me or they make everything with no passion? I mention this because this is how they approach to you when you ask for help or something, after talking with them you have no motivation to do anything for the rest of the year, it's a shame because their platform is awesome.

Their customer service is poor, I've been looking for different brokers so I tried them but despite not being well known they do nothing to increase their popularity, the execution is just ok and the withdrawing process is pretty slow.
