Contradictions between their site, their chat operator and the guy who sends the mail, who I should believe? Maybe I'll give them a shot with the minimum deposit just to have evidences and prevent other people, and if it's just a bad impression, I should have profits, so it's a good deal.

I tried to reach them in italian and they say they do not have italian support, then, why do you have an italian flag in your site if only you translate it but don't care about support in the same language? If they lie you with simple thing like this, they will lie you with everything.

Poor customer support when asking for info, if this is how they treat you when you are still a potential client, I think I must be lucky to contact them when they have my money. Of course I will not open an account with them.
