My trading was great and my experience too, until I withdraw my funds it took me forever to get my money back, as well as fees and penalties, it was like if they were doing me a favour instead of giving a service.

I hate their website, it's very confusing, though, their platform is quite simple, friendly and easy to use, what's more important, they have an excellent performance when it matter the most, during news and during peaks.
