They had some requotes when in high-traffic hours, anyway I think almost, if not all brokers have the same problems; a big issue for me is that I cannot use NinjaTrader, but other EAs are good, their chat and phone service is polite and fast, but sometimes is useless, depending on who is attending you, cause some operators are keen on forex and well educated in this business, we as customer can notice it. 8 out of 10.
